I am playing a Templar, and I was wondering if Electrical burn dmg and Elemental dmg stack.

For example if I have an item with +25% Elemental dmg and another item with +10% electrical burn dmg. Do I then have +35% dmg or how is it?

hope you guys can help me with this question.
