The ending to the expansion that is. I found several bosses and creatures to be way more of a challenge than Hades was, and to be honest, hades didn't even look right.

I don't ever remember hades being the undead giant skeleton type but rather the God who looks like a human but cast down into hell to rule over. His appearence was a bit stupid.

The game itself is still quite fun, I'll admit this, I love it. But they could have done a better job on the ending to Immortal throne, it's a bit rushed.

I didn't like the idea of Hades as a bad guy at all in the first place. Hades was Zeus brother and the greeks had different ideas (just my opinion from reading myths). Hades was the Lord of the Underworld not Dr. Evil. He raped Persephone but that was used to explain nature (rape of spring by death), not fuel for an ongoing good vs. evil saga involving Hades.

In the zodiac Hades is Pluto: money, sex, power. The meaning of Pluto boils down to transformation.

Hades fought with Zeus and Poseidon, his brothers, against the original Titans (Cronus etc) along with his sisters: Demeter, Hera, and Vestna.

As far as the challenge of fighting him I was actually just happy that I beat him with an Illusionist. I was surprised that I was able to complete the game with less than a power class.

Gotta agree. I don't know much about greek mythology, but I knew there was something a little more to Hades and the rest of the gods than hatred really.

But innacuracies aside, the game is still fun to play most of the time.

Legendary Hades is actually pretty hard. He owned me tonight. I finally gave up. Oh well. Still something to build toward.
