What level is Normal ACT IV?

My Soothsayer is in Epic Egypt right now, at level 43. Now that I've bought IT, should I switch him to Normal Hades or is he already too powerful?
Also, with the Ternion nerf
(), what do you guys suggest as a replacement?

I've been to Hades (Which is Act V btw) and each time I was there I was around level 29 or 30 when I started. You might be a bit powerful, but it'd still be worth going through for some of the quest rewards the act has.
Arcane Formulae and whatnot.

Act V? Then what is IV? Greece, Egypt, Orient...Typhon's driveway isn't a separate act, is it?

No problem, and yeah, according to the game itself, Olympus is an act on it's own.

The tabs at the top of the quest log say the expansion is act IV, though
