Which is the best race to use for melee, I have broken world ? Also, is the human race +10% chance to find magic items good to have? If I use the giant race will I later on be able to get higher percentage chance to find magic items? Which race will be the strongest during and near the end of game?

You can get way over 100% magic find, so 10% isn't a big deal.

HalfGiant should be the best melee, they have the most strength to start with, also have fast recovery... Dwarf would be 2nd with melee cause of strength, however ya have to be careful what use use as spells... and then Human with magic find, those are the only 3 worth trying melee on.
as for magic find... there are lots of rings for that.. the humans can get the most since they start with 10% but i would still go halfgiant route.

Will the halfgiant be able to get the best magical armor and weapons like the humans?
