I like to know if I am using a staff; can i use psionic touch and photom strike in dream mastery or is it mean for melee only

Phantom Strike wouldn't really do anything with a staff, it's meant for melee since your entire body disappears and you reappear at the enemy you targeted.

Psionic Touch, like other charge skills, I believe will work, but I could be wrong. I've never bothered trying really.

I'd love confirmation on this -- I want to know whether I can use Psionic Touch on a staff.

I'm making a Dream/Earth character.

I imagine this would answer similar questions, like would Warfare:Onslaught work for bows or staves, or is it strictly melee?

Psionic touch and burn work on staffs. Since it is total damage it does boost elemental damage.

Onslaught and psionic work on all weapons.
