Stacking items

If I wear a helmet that gives me +4 mana regeneration and gloves that give me +4 mana regeneration do they stack up? And, any other armor and weapons with same mods that you wear at the same time do they stack up?

Yes mods like mana regn and magic item find all stack.

Do they stack as a party or induvidually? With my current itemization I got the magic find pretty much spread out in the party cause of the various stats on the items.
So when I kill a mob, is it the magic find on the character that does the killing blow or is it accumulated (as they sort of all contributed to the death of the mob)?

The game uses the character who has the highest magic find, regardless of who lands the killing blow. If you search the forum, you'll find more on this.
