Annoying as hell bug!!!!!

I don't know whats going on here but it seriously pisses me off. From time to time, I cannot hit anything. NO attacks but will not make a hit. Sometimes if I attack an NPC in my party for a few mins he eventually starts doing damage again, but now it just seems to be stuck!! Anyone heard of this bug?
