I am super-new. I just got out of the mortuary and found Annah standing next to a pillar. She's supposed to be an NPC, right? But I followed every dialogue option I could find and couldn't figure out how to get her to join. Help.

But to keep spoilers minimal, someone just answer me this: Am I missing something here, or will she only offer to join after some other event has occurred? Thanks.

You're not missing anything .She will offer to join you after another event has occured

If you want anything more specific, feel free to ask. But I think Brink is right--giving too much away, unless you want it, can spoil the fun.

She will join you. You won't even haev to talk to her. Just continiue playing.
