I see that many of you find it entertaining to try out new characters and builds. But that means a lot of leveling, and so I started wondering: what are your leveling strategies? Do you go to every corner, check under every stone, to kill all monsters on your path? Or rather go straight to the big bosses and roll over them as many times, as you can stand? Or maybe there are other strategies?

Pleas tell me :D

First thing first - I would make sure that you complete every quest there is in the game - quest xp is by far the best and quickest way to get your character leveling - secondly I found Wuso Mountains a good place to level and the Athens Battle grounds also all the areas around the City of Changan (such as terracota soldiers quest - the rice fields - and areas surrounding)
I have also found the River Styx area of the Hades section a good run also - killing Charon along the way...

Hope this helps.

Hi,
I agree with questing as suggested above. However, I've found that running at the telkine in egypt(ramses tomb) has helped me level at a smooth rate. The key isnt necessarilly beating the telkine but rather killing hordes of those green phasmas and then their shrine (when you get bored). In my case ive seen a large jump in xp when i take out the shrines. You'll notice that the phasmas and the shrine are at a fairly high level compared to your character which is probably why the xp is so good.

Hello,

I'm new to the forums but I have been playing TQ for a few months now. This will be my first post. So I'm going To tell people about my leveling strat.

Well I like to play nukers. Those who use high damage spells to kill mobs of enemies. As you may notice I enjoy the Dream Mastery. Well I have found it the easiest to play and level so far. I just start off by pumping my points into the dream wave attack. And just getting that maxed out as soon as possible. With that spell I will run and gather up a bunch of enemies and will use just one casting of it to kill most of them. Its a quick way to kill lots of enemies and to level pretty fast,

It gets a little challenging at higher levels. When things dont die in just one hit. Im more of a balance right now and just blow through everything since I'm just a seer at this moment. Ill see if i can find a way to post my build and/or charaters stats somewhere. But this way seems to be the easiest way to level.

Though Im not sure what to do with non nuking classes as of yet. Also i still dont know what my second mastery is going to be ether.

Look at the xp bar if you have IT when you are getting great xp the incremental addition makes the end of the bar yellow. If you have a yellow bar then smile and go in every cave etc kill every monster (so there is less dead time when fighting nothing eg going into and out of game/portaling etc).

Also look how fast and easy you are killing. If you are killing slow it might be easier and actually more xp to fight less difficult monsters (since you can 1 shot them or something). Of course if the level of the easy monsters is too low you won't get much.

You especially gain lots of xp when your character is twinked out in all legendary gear in epic greece and normal hades and is running through monsters easy as pie.

Also quest xp is of course good but its not bad to spend time killing fast in low lands and save the quest xp for later (since you only get it once and it makes your level higher which makes it harder to get xp).

Get a sacrificial amulet for quest xp or a ceremonial helm or both.
