Tortured souls - or is it tormented?
I can't remember
But I need some. Apparently Epiales drop them, but I've only found them at one location in the same cave where you get the Hades vault quest. Does anything else drop them or are there any other places that Epiales can be found?

Then you are in luck as the Tower of Judgement, if I recall corectly, is full of them as well as another later section (Somewhere in Hades palace I think).

I might not be correct on this one, but I think the underworld undead can drop the charm, as well as the big bone 'dog' creatures (dont recall their names).
