My Kingdom for a Saberclaw!

I hate Saberlions. I need a completed Saberclas Monster Charm to create a Crystal Tear thingy. However, these stingy Saberlions won’t give up a single shard. Oddly enough, in all my vast inventory I do not have a single shard for any level of the game. While running the Orient four times this morning I completed three Yeti Furs and a Rapter Crap Charm but no freaking Saberclaws. Not one! Aurgh! If ANYONE has one normal mode can you please let me know?

Which run are you doing?
I found Saber claws a plenty by running the area just before and around the quest involving the big cave man on top of a mountain. Can't remember the waypoint though....

The bactrian forrest usually has some saberlions. Of course monster type is somewhat random. Also the Yeti cave after the yeti is sometimes filled with saberlions.
Usually if I am hunting them I run from west silk road to east and reload. Eventually 5 will drop.

Thanks Guys!
I've done so many runs and finally put together a full charm. Oddly enough, on those same runs I have over 3 full Yeti Fur charms. I guess the cats just don't want to give them up.
I've basically been running the 2-4th waypoints and have also discovered the caves as a source, albeit a poor one.
Thanks again...

So true
I also had a lot of trouble getting charms from Saberlions. I used to portal to East Silk Road and head west, there usually was a nice pack of saberlions and yetis there, outside and also in the cavern. I had two green equipment items of the Glade (-35% from beast) imbued with Hydradon hide charms (another -25%), so yetis nor saberlions did any damage to me (also, the Yeti boss was very near, with a Majestic Chest). I did quite a lot of running there and gathered like 1 saberlion complete charm and about 10 yeti completes. So that confirms the rarity of this charm.
