My character is level 12 on Dream only.
Amongst others I have Lucid Dream 5/8 which states that it applies:-
+21% Damage
+31% Electrical Burn Damage
+31% Vitality Damage
How do percentages work when I've zero Electrical Burn and Vitality damage from both the skill tree and gear equipped on my "hero" ?

Do I only get +21% of the damage coming from my Distortion Wave 12/12 ?


Can anyone enlighten me please ?
