Missing stats

I've just finished normal difficulty and started epic. On the very beginning i've undressed my char of all items to see the penalties from epic. when i've looked on my stats some of them were missing (bonus stats from quests) anyoneknow what isgoing on??
about lost stats - those were from side quests. in one of quests reward is +4 str/dex/int (my int should be 54 but is 50)
