I currently have a lvl 29 Conqueror. Main first main class was Warfare, then later on I went with Defense. For some reason I can't use some of the Defense skills that either reserve energy or even some active ones. Yes I have a skill point in the skill. Even some of the Warfare ones don't work like Doom Horn.

Anyone know why? I have tried to update (playing Immortal Throne), but theres no updates for immortal Throne at the moment.

You may not have enough energy to pull back for the reserve.

For instance, lets say you have 4 skills that all require 100 energy reserve, and you have 300 energy. Well, this means you can only have 3 skills active at one time, as each reserve is 100 energy, and you use up 300 energy indefinitely until you deactivate the skill, exit the game, or die.

For a warfare and overall melee class, if this is the case, don't sacrifice your stat points for energy. Get a couple rings of energy boosting. Conquerers will almost never need more than 600 to 700 energy.

I have 359 energy at the moment. One of the skills that doesn't work reserves 10 energy. I can't even use some of these skills, even though I have at least one point into them.

Then it might be a glitch/bug with your character. I don't think I can help you, but someone else might be able to.

If its Iron Will (10 energy reserved) that skill is a synergy of Defensive Awareness. It is automatically on when Defensive Awareness is triggered. Look at your secondary resists and see if you are getting stun resist.

Its mainly Doom Horn, Iron Will and Focus which are not working at all. I don't see a skill called Defensive Awareness, you mean Battle Awareness? So your saying I need to activate Battle Awareness to use Iron Will? What about Focus? What about Doom Horn?

Doom Horn is a synergy of War Horn. Whenever you use warhorn the doom horn activates.

Focus and Iron Will are synergies of Battle Awareness. You cannot take a point in Focus and Iron Will without Battle Awareness so you must have it (it is the blue shield)

To activate a skill go to your 1-0 number slots at the bottom of the screen (or LMB (left mouse button) or RMB (right mouse button))...

Then right click on a dark slot (red and blue potions start out as 9 and 0 but you can change). It will bring a menu of what you can put in that slot for example a blue shield for battle awareness. Now say you put battle awareness in slot 7. Now hit 7 and Battle Awareness aura will turn on (which includes Focus and Iron Will).

When an aura turns on you will see a little symbol next to your portrait (in the example of battle awareness it is a blue shield and you can scroll over the symbol and it says 'battle awareness' (but it includes focus/iron will always)*).
