1.When we use 'Monster Lure' , it will place a decoy. it mostly places at right-top of you, sometimes at left-top.
Can i control it's location ?


2.why the monsters ignore the decoy sometime and attack me directly?
how to operate monster lure correctly?

I think that the place the lure will pop-up is random, and why the monsters attack you directly could mean that they are really high level so the ingore it.

I have played with hunting and used the Monster Lure and sometimes the monsters just ignores the lure and goes for me instead.
