i chose to start a bone charmer, a surprisingly strong build actualy..

anyway, my question :i dicided to focus on life leach, but it seems to be rather neglected compared to other types of damage(low numbers compared to items in the same levels, and almost no skills suporting it). is there any way to boost it well enough to make it effective ?

Life Leech isn't something you should rely on, it's a tertiary boost. You should focus on other things to help your overall character and not just life leech, as life leech was really only meant to help you save a few health potions in the long run.
