Hello! I have small question. i need 5 s.points to get new skill in warfare mastery but i maxed my lvl and i cant lvl up again. Is there any cheat/trainer etc which give for example 3 skill points and 2 f.points with 1 click? ( no like others where 1click = 999999 s. points) I will be very gratefull for help!

None like that, but have you tried the In-game skill replacer guy you can buy re-trainable skill points from?
