Diablo 2 mods?

Does anybody know of a mod that would give me more skill points per level.
I just want to play a quick D2 game and try out different character builds.
Also, is there a good drop mode mod where unique/set drops are increased
but not like on every kill?
Oh, and these should be 11.1b compatible

If you can find it, download a mod for PlugY 7.01b (Note: Don't get version 8.00, it's awful). This is a mod that allows you to reassign skill points to your character (meaning testing builds is totally possible).
After downloading and installing, there should be a new shortcut available, a brown background with a yellow flashy line in the middle saying "PlugY." If not, create a shortcut for the desktop.
Right click that new shortcut, in the box labeled "Target" go to the very end and hit space one time and then "-act5" with no quotes.
So it'd look like this- "D:\Program Files\Diablo II\PlugY.exe" -act5
As for a drop mod, none that I know of work for 1.11.

No you cannot and it is considered improper to use third party programs on closed. Be warned.
