24 Second Duration, <-What does this bit mean, the buffs last 18 secs at lvl 1 so what has a 24 sec duration?
12.0 Meter Radius,
+40 Offensive Ability)

I'm not certain but it sounds like if you go in range of the standard you get buffed. The standard lasts 18 seconds. Maybe the buffs (when the standard vanishes) persist for 24 more seconds. Same if you went out of range.

I have not tested this! Try summoning one and see if the OA is still elevated when the standard poofs.

I think it might only apply to the Offensive ability. Meaning, you get everything for 18 seconds, and then just the bonus to Offense for another few seconds. Also not sure. I haven't played with the standard masteries in months now since the new Masteries mod came out.

Well, I don't use BS so often, but I think it's meant like Siberys wrote. U get everything till the BS is on and in the end u can see for a few seconds just flashes of "light" when the BS vanished so I guess theese flashes gives u just the bonus with longer duration...
