Im playing in single player, and im at 2nd act, and Deru is ALWAYS dieing, and i want to get some1 instead of her, how can i kick her out of party?

There should be a disband option icon near their portrait when you open their inventory. Disbanding them will send the character to the inn, where you can swap or add them back in later if you want.
