Hi all,

I have just been to the assassins fortress, it has come crashing to the ground, i've fought my way to the exit of the necropolis and my companion informs me that it is probably best to return to the flyer... Which the game does automatically, now i want to talk to my companions, but i can't, the game simply won't let me chat... If i go out the area i can talk to people as normal, but if i return to the flyer/market district i cannot talk to anyone

Now i can't get any further in the game...

Any ideas on a solution or cause to the problem?

EDIT: For the time being I've just gone back two or three hours in gameplay and started again from an autosave, it seems OK so far but i haven't defeated the assassins yet so we'll see...

Old thread, but it is hard to find bugfixes for this game I'm having the same problem.

Did you manage to get around this bug, and how old was the savegame you went back to if you did?

EDIT: I found a workaround.

1) Only do the Lotus assassin fortress (this quest seems to be the trigger for the bug) after you've finished everything else in Chapter 3 as the market district will be borked afterwards.
2) After finishing the fortress you can exit the town (at the gate where the bounty-giving captain stood guard) and fly to Tien's Landing. Then you can complete all the relevant conversations at the Tien's Landing campfire and fly to the palace.
