TQ-IT online problem

When i hit the "Refresh" button for a list of servers online in Titan Quest IT i get this type of message and i dont know what i should do
could use some help.

If an uncommon question goes unanswered for a while, it means nobody can reply with the answer you seek. Give it time.
Alternatively, if you want a false response, or an "I don't know," please state so up front. Thanks.

Try reinstalling TQ IT... or go to official TQ forum tech support and ask there
