I just began playing Diablo; I am playing a sorcerer. I recently got a weapon called the Black Razor. One characteristic of the weapon is: + %150 damage. I am wondering if having this equipped will increases all damage I do, or only physical damage I do with the weapon itself? In other words, will having this item equipped increase the damage I do with my spells?

IIRC it refers only to weapon damage. No bonus to spells.
