I am quite new to the expansion pack and have decided to play a new ranged character right from the beginning; I am thinking of making it a blood assassin at later stage. I read about various 'mark' CM spells. Does each one hit by the weapon get marked? If so will targets hit by ricocheting thrown weapons also be marked? I find it difficult to mark all enemies rather than concentrating on one.In this case can ricochet help me to mark more than one in a single shot?
I wish to use 'execute' as much as possible. Hence marking will be very important to me. Please help me.

Er..... no one answered. But I found it out myself. I think ricochet and pierce does help in marking multiple units. Though the idea of using to the advantage seemed far-fetched while I was playing actually.
