I looked at manual but couldnt find the answer or missed it maybe.
Do u actually gain anystats through level progress? i know the game is based on 2nd edition rules and i cant recall how it was in 2nd edition.

and if the aswer is yes at what levels do u gain those +stats?

Aside from proficiency points (for weapons) and skill points (for thief-type abilities) you do not gain any points. You gain skill points every level if your classes uses such skills. Proficiency points are gained every few levels, dependent on your class.
