Grim Squeaker has released his new NPC Mod today over on G3.
Tyris Flare (Yes of Golden Axe) is now a romanceable NPC for SoA. If you have the time give her a try I think you'll find her to be enjoyable and usefull.

Jordoo, just a suggestion. When you announce a mod like this, think about putting up a link, as well. Also, put a note about it in the sticky thread about mods, where it will have a permanent place, unlike this one.
As for the Tyris Flare mod, you can read more about it, and download it,
here.
And thanks for catching it! We need more good BG2 mods. Have you actually played it?

Sorry Fable. Next time I'll do as you suggest. And I'll note it in the Mod thread when I get a chance today.
Yes I've played through it a few times.

I was one of Grim's testers so I'm not going to review it, but I'll give you a quick synopsis from my point of view.
In short:
Personality wise Tyris offers a refreshing straightforwardness but also manages to avoid being one dimentional. She's not going to hide from anything or backdown without good reason.
The romance is not as "heavy" as some other NPC mods but its well done, enjoyable, realistic and you do get to build quite a strong bond with Tyris unlike anything she has experianced before.
I thought Grim did a very good job coming up with a wide range of content for banters and lovetalks. Tyris will banter with every bioware NPC, she's has quite a few lovetalks and of course full flirt options.
Her build is usefull out of the gate but not overly powerfull as a frontliner because she only has 6 fighter levels, however advancing as a single classed mage makes her very powerfull in the later stages of the game and with the right spells she'll chunk badies in short order.
Thats really about all I'm willing to spill, but I would definitally recommend giving Tyris a try.
Edited because I can't spell!
