Cannot export characters!!

Every time I try to export, the game simply freezes. I've tried this with my save files on two different computers and the same thing happens. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Nevermind. Problem solved. I realized the game actually created the .CHR file, although it just froze when I used my character in slot 1. In slots 2-6, for some reason, it exported with no problem. Same thing happens when trying to view character biographies as well.
