Icewind 2 slow in some cases

hello, i would like to ask for help with Icewind Dale 2.
sometimes in some areas the game is quite slow, even i play it on much faster machine then those old recommended configurations.
the worst it is/was with Black Dragon in Jungles of Chult. mouse was slow, characters were slow, everything was very very slow. it can be quite irritating..
i have the final patch 2.01.
also when i hit Printscreen to make screenshot the game freezes for about 2 seconds. i lowered colours depth from 32 to 16 and it is much better with about 0.5 seconds.
do you think that i have it slow thx to some graphicas options or problems??

as for lag try turning off some programs that dont need running see if that helps if not then IDK.
