NWN2: Storm of Zehir Cargo Bug

Hey everyone,
I have a problem in storm of zehir. In my inventory it shows me that i have 1/15 cargo, even though i have nothing in there, completely nothing.
I searched on various forums and i found out that few ppl also encountered this bug but there is no solution. What i suspect that happened is.....when i came to act2 ( second map ) i went to first map to finish some quests i didnt finish before, and some random encounter got me cargo ( the same cargo that i was chasing after in act1 ). But since i am in act 2 now i have no one to return this cargo to.
Anyway i need my cargo space empty for 5 ore, 5 timber and 5 skins requirement in 1 of the upgrades. I need to somehow edit/reset my cargo number, via program or cheat code. I hope you can help me with that.
