In FO, I wa able to click on print on the character screen, answer the questions, the go to my game folder, data section and print a character sheet.
In FO 2, as soon as I click on the Print option in the character sheet, the game locks up and goes to a black screen. the only thing I can do at that point is CTR ALT Del and end program.
Any thoughts
P.S. To avoid another post I've added this here. In Arroyo, I could not get my aunt to talk to me. Don't know if she's supposed to or not, just seem an aunt would talk to you. Anyway I stole money and a flint from her. Was this ok?

They turned me loose from the nervous hospital. Said I was well.
The first question, all I think of is bug, as it has worked for me.
As of the second question, did you talk your aunt before getting the flint quest? I remember that doing that could lock the talk option from aunt. But don't worry, there would have been three different possibilities. stealing the flint, buying the flint from aunt or talking the aunt to give the flint to you. Talking the aunt to give the flint to you would have resulted slightly more exp, but not much. So, you are okay with stealing it.

Must be a bug. Have ver. 1.02d and the latest unofficial patch loaded. But it just won't print a character sheet.

The aunt will talk you after you have obtained a quest from Arroyo bridge to get some flint. To get the quest, you must have rather high Perception (IIRC 8 should be enough) and talk to the bridge guard.
