Problem with the game

hallo...i just reinstall BG & start playing again for sometimes. But when i went to Gnoll Stronghold, during the movie, my game crash & go back to window (no warning or msg). i try to reinstall & the problem is still there. no problem with durlag tower movie. what might be the cause? any help is appreciated..

First of all, if you haven't already, download the patch from [url="http://www.bioware.com/support/support.shtml"]Bioware[/url]. If that doesn't help, try following the steps listed [url="http://www.interplay.com/support/bgate/fixes.html#4"]here[/url]. Hope this helps!
