Is there any MM feat that allows you to change spell target into self only? Or into emanation?

If yes, could spells changed that way be affected by another MM feat, that applies only to emanation / self target spells? (Persistent spell) Im interested in increasing haste duration. 24h is far too long, but 16 rounds is a blink of eye! Especially when every character except mine, moves twice/three times as fast as normal

If not, does "Extend spell" Stack?

P.S. Change to emanation would be awesome, cause of Permanent Emanation epic feat. No longer would i have to use teleports and mounts to keep up with the party

there is a metamgic feat for 3.5 in complete arcana called Sculpt spell, that almsot does what you ask.
requires you know at least 1 other metamagic feat.

changes the area of an area spell to a cylinder/cone/ball/line.

however haste says you can target a number of creatures/players equal to your class level in the casting class. as long as you can cast haste (requires 5th level as a wizard/sorc or 6th level bard) you can cast it on 5 people, or 6 if you are a bard. i see no reason why you can't target yourself.

I also see no reason why your character could not research the spell Haste Aura if your dm allows it. targets you and all allies in range of you. sensible to put the spell level at 3, maybe 2 since everyone must stay close together to benefit. means enemy area effects are a larger party threat

Extend Spell would stack with Swiftblade, yes. I don't think it'd be worth to make Personal, so you can Persist it, though. It's already a Swift Action.

wait r u guys saying that we cant apply normaly persistent spell to haste if we want to cast to our self?

Yup. Haste hasn't got a Fixed or Personal range, so it can't be Persisted.
