Hey guys,

I'm hoping to get our codex database online this week, but I still have some missing codex entries after two full playthroughs. I thought I'd post a list of the entries I'm missing in the hope that someone here has received them and can let me know what their titles are (and where you received them, if possible). It could be that some of these are origin story-exclusive, which would explain why I haven't found them. Anyway:

Keep in mind that these numbers are only accurate after you've filled most entries in every category, and you probably have to have both DLC add-ons installed, too. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Buck. Now, I don't have the Warden's Keep DLC, but I'll post the names of the Codex Entries nonetheless in hopes that you can find some of the ones you need among them.

218: Journal of the Tranquil
264: Health Poultices
266: Crafting
285: Golem Form

Is it possible for you to post a list of the entry names that you have so that people with all versions could compare and contribute?

I second, because I'm looking at this list here and my numbers don't match up to it at all. It'd be easier to find what's missing if we know what we have, yes?

Hmm, yeah, my numbers are considerably different than yours. But the numbers are the same in both my playthroughs, so I can only assume that the numbers are consistent if you have all the DLC installed.

The database is not live yet and the descriptions aren't available, but you can view what I have so far at this link. The entries labeled as "Unknown" are the ones I need yet.

I haven't beaten the game yet, but I do have 255 - it's Improved Drain.

Cast Vulnerability Hex and then Drain Life, and it should unlock it.

I have the Digital Deluxe Edition, so I have both DLCs.

Err, I guess I had 255. It's 288 that I was missing.
