Screen moving left side by itself

Hi guys;
i have a weird glitch, screen moving to the left side by itself.My keyboard looks fine non-of the keys stuck, even i tried uninstall & and reinstall the game, but same issue 
anybody have an idea, how to fix? thanks...

Do you have a second monitor up perhaps? The screen could be going over to it.

nope..i only have one monitor. It happen after i switch to the windows screen using alt+tab, i was opening windows media player for listen music while playing game.
I google it, some one had same issue, it happened after install a game patch, strangely i didn't download patch as well

The alt-tabbing could do it. I know a lot of my games fail to reopen or act funny when I alt-tab or control-alt-delete.
