Jaheira romance music?

Some time ago i went trough Baldur's Gate 2 with a male protagonist romancing Jaheira. I remember i enjoyed it more than i expected.
And yesterday i spent an evening with a close friend of mine. Just like me, she's had some rather painful men-related experiences lately, so we went on a Girls' Night Of Shopping And Sobbing. Later, we went to her place for sweets, jasmine green tea and some appropriate movies. That's how (it's important to explain those reasons
) we ended up watching a supernaturalish-soapish-show called Charmed. Where i distinctly heard the music from Jaheira's lovetalks, at least twice in different episodes, emotional scenes.
Does anyone have a clue whether the show just stole the music, or is it some folk melody in public domain or something? It's a little thing, but i found it a funny coincidence.
