Thank you for brother spell?

Has anybody ever seen this spell before? Or this happen for that matter?
I tried casting it on several different groups, but no information ever appears and nothing seems to happen. What does this spell do and whats going on here!?!?!?
I'm thinking its a bit of a bug...

The spell icon is actually Monster Summoning II, it looks like your dialog.tlk file has got corrupted. This is usually the result of installing mods in the wrong order, or mods not installing properly.

Oh Bobbins! I am currently reinstalling the whole game, the corrupted Dailogue file would also explain why I cannot talk to anyone or get journal updates when I visit Durlags Tower.

Is patch 1.3.5511 the most up to date patch available? I got it from the bioware site. If there is a more up to date one does anybody know where I may get it from? Thanks.
