I can't find any posts about where to find the super mutant behmoth or their locations. What makes this even more difficult is that I have the game of the year edition strategy guide and that doesn't even tell me where to find them. Is there a specific location to find them (for example the one that attacks

) or just a general area that they will be in? Or is it just totally chance, and I need to go on a behmoth hunt untill I get the achievement for killing all the behmoths?

The raiders have one at Evergreen Mills to the south-west of vault 101. If you installed the expansions you will also encounter one roaming around the area of the train tracks that lead to Evergreen Mills. That one can wreak havoc on the merchants that might cross the area, so it's always good to take it out early in the game. Be wary though, you'll have few places to hide out in the open. Other than that there's the one inside the capitol and the one you encounter during the main quest before the GNR building. I am not aware of any others.
