i recently started playing dungeon siege 2. Weird that i havent played this game earlier because its fun .

Question:
Can your lets say 'melee skill' go higher than your character level?

just wondering because if your char is level 10 en melee skill is also level 10, would it be best to use natur magic to gain points in that skill tree?
this is if the skill can not go higher than the char level.

Your class levels are capped by your character level, but a certain amount of multiclassing is useful to pick up skills from other classes.
