i seem to be having a problem getting into the great foundry, in the lower ward, giltspur won't give me the note to get into there and ive got the dodecahedron and i know the language of the dead but finrams fathers ashes won't teach me how to use this.
2.
nemelle has wondered off after i located her friend so i can't get the command word for the decanter of endless water.

Any help would be gladly appreaciated. thanks

1. I presume Giltspur won't get you into the foundry because you pissed off Scofflaw Penn and can't get the first step of his delivery chain. In order to get Finam's father's ashes to tell you about the dodecahedron's language, you have to have read it, meaning you need to have tried to open the dodecahedron yourself first.

2. Nemelle takes a long while to get to Aelwyn, considerably longer than you'd expect, and for a part of her walk she's behind a building. Be patient and you'll eventually find her talking to Aelwyn.
