Situation is - i get to deal with almost infinite groups of enemies in dungeons or sewers. That's ok. There are doors, or pits to divide pressure.

Now I'm getting to slums in fargoth. WOW! what a warm greetings.Whole bunch of brigands. About 10 faces. Ok. We dance. I look like a needle pillow,but it's ok.I manage to kill them all. Wait! Another one appears. And another one. And to the point where I starting to understand that as a loop. I rush forward. WHOA! Are you kidding? How I'm supposed to deal with them all? That's half of that goddamn city. And (!!!!) they are reappearing...

Is it a bug, or it's a normal thing, and I'm just being a wuss?

When you start the game, go into options, and find out what your enemy settings are. The options will be: Easy/Normal/Hard difficulty and Less/Normal/More for how many enemies you will face.

However, in the slums, enemy spawn rates will be higher than in other places in the game - so, yes, that is normal.

I agree with what Cionaoith wrote. Plus I had a look at the screenshot and know exactly where that is; it's a one off ambush at that particular location, always a hoard there, some decent treasure too if your trap removal/lock picking is up to it.

Best way to deal with large groups like that is Poison Cloud, mix Bat Wing, Scorpion Tail, Ochre Pollen and Ophelia Wart (just wrote that from memory, that's how good it is) and let rip. This particular Nether spell isn't level dependent, and IMHO is the most useful of the Nether spells. Go to the Apothecary in the monestary district, if she hasn't got all the ingredients then sell her one and she'll then have an infinite supply of that ingredient. Make sure you rescue Lady Loriea as soon as you enter the Monestary area, especilly if your character is female, the guard will help. Lady Loriea can be found at 4 here
