Killing Drizzt/Summoning characters

Hello, I have two questions: First, how do you summon characters into Baldurs Gate? (Such as Drizzt and then Sarevok)? Also, if you don't kill Drizzt the first time you meet up with him (when he asks you to kill the gnolls), is it possible to kill him lateR? thanks
