I want to start playing with mods and installed the BGII - Tob patch and downloaded the Gibberlings 3 Fixpack but when installing it just stops at "Compiling 1 dialogue file and 17 scrips". After I´ve installed that then I can inslatt the mods right?

I want to try Soulafein, Valen, Angelo, Auren, Dearnise Romance, Ketso and Chloe.

Is there any specific order to install them and whats so install after Ive installed the mods?

Chloe has no dialouge for ToB, so if you like the banter, do not take her.
NPC Mods (as these all are I think, I only tried Chloe and Sola) usually do not need any specific install order AFAIK.

Beware that Sola is imba and Valen insanely imba.

Your install problem... I would try and DL the fixpack again and reinstalling it. But I am no expert.
