Hello.

Just a single, short question. How can i increase the head shot damage in Fallout3, using GECK?

Im asking, because monsters like super mutant overlords take far too many thousands of head shots while still shooting back.. and so does player character in hellfire power armor.

Regards!

I think there is a perk you can choose at some point that increases headshot damage and when combined with the + sniper damage perk and the + sneak damage perk you can kill most super mutants in one shot.

Edit: I don't remember being able to use the GECK for anything player-wise.

Better Headshots at Fallout 3 Nexus - Fallout 3 mods and community is a mod that alters head shot damage, both on enemies and players, so i'm affraid You're wrong.

It does however also change torso shots damage, and is a bit over the top, that's why the question about GECK remains.

There are no perks that increase head shot damage, there is one that increases critical hits damage. Sniper perk increases your chance to hit in the head while using VATS, not damage.. Overlords have 1250 hp, which on very hard means
overlords take far too many thousands of head shots while still shooting back
But i ofcourse agree on Non-broken steel mutants :)

I played on X360 and didn't have any DLC or mods. You should have pointed out that you were using mods.

Reply #1) I'm sorry I don't know every single enemy in Fallout 3 and all the mods by name and which mod they are in, please excuse my apparent lack of a brain. :D
Reply #2) How does mentioning a random type of super mutant denote that you are using a mod?
Reply #3) Excuse me for not researching everything you mentioned as opposed to replying base on what I know from when I played the game.

Back on topic now that we've clarified some things, what type of gun are you using?

Are You trolling or we just have a failure in communication here? I meant no offense by correcting you.

The question is about increasing head shot damage multiplier (which is x2 by default) using G.E.C.K. And even tho anyone who played with Broken Steel DLC for a while may remember Overlords, it was just a note as to -why- i'm asking about head shot damage increase. Not just for one type of enemy, but for everything that walks including player (to increase the fun) and with every weapon. (to make combat faster and more lethal, even with 85 DR)

If it has to be done for every monster manually, or set for every single weapon, just point out how to make it with one. For example - Terrible Shotgun (if weapon) or Feral Ghoul (if mob) ;)

Regards

..and thank you for Your time

Thank you for clarifying, it's just that I'm used to people saying whether or not they are using any kind of additional content apart from the core game itself, at least on Gamebanshee.
