Anyone know, when they are restocked? I am having trouble telling, if it's re-randomized each PC level gained or if it's each new day. Additionally it seems if you are too close to a merchant (i.e. saving near the merchant) their inventory doesn't change, though I am not sure.

The House Of Lords :: View topic - due rubbish bins restock

Step 1: Loot bin.
Step 2: Move camera far enough away that bin/shop keeper inventory is no longer on screen.
Step 3: Rest until morning or 1 day.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit
