Problem installing patch (+wanderers mod)

I'm trying to play the wanderers mod for Fallout 3. However, I apparently have to update my game for fose v1.2. to work. I tried to install the 1.7 patch, but it says 'Can't find ordinal* 5360 in DLL-file xlive.dll'
*= in dutch it says 'ordinaal', but I don't know how it should be translated.
Anyway, help would be appreciated.
