4 keys spoiler

Does anyone know where to find the 4 keys? I have two of them but I do not remember where I got them. I need the lady key and the other downstairs key. I have done the dungeon basement 5 times.

They're all there. Keep "Tab" pressed to show the highlights, and explore toroughly after the fight with the wraith.

I did that. I greatly fear I will have to start over. I have made two really bad mistakes. But thanks.

Lady is around where the Wraith appears, either first, or as the Ogre Commander, the other key is in the crypt itself, in a sarcophagus, of all places
