I cannot CHEAT Teleport

I cannot CHEAT Teleport

I have tried to do the command to teleport to mouse pointer, it is said that it is "CTRL" and "]" keys, but it is not working, any help. I am trying to get to a point where I didn't get a key that I needed. I don't want to go back, my last save was so long ago.

Its "J" as in "Jack" not "]"
