Did an incredibly stupid thing, returned with the heartstone gem, cast an area effect spell at the neo orogs,but killed a villager by accident. How do i get tehm to stop attacking me and carry on with the quest????

s'ok got it sorted, just re loaded from an earlier save..... think once,think twice, think don't fireball the locals lol

Ever tried the Priest spell Smite? It's also an area-effect spell but it only harms evil creatures, or so the spell description says.

I did the exact same thing while defending the fort at the beginning of IWD2. Made the locals hostile tossing a fire bomb, including a critical quest-giver who was far away inside safely inside a building. Could not advance.

Had to reload.
