Hello guys and awesome community here! :)

I recently started to play and I have some noob questions.
1.I have Sharlyn companion i tank and the heals but when i tell her to heal mostly of the times says sorry, she has mana ? I always have to use potions or rest. She doesn't help me much she castes like 2 unknown spells and doen't heal me at all, how to put her only to heal me?
2. My paladin misses alot when he fights
3. Now im stuck on a dire bloated spider boss i cant kill him.
4. Why dont i have some spells i can use, i get it from feasts right? I just auto melee all the time, i thinks thats not right, and palas can heal too right?
5. There are some jobs in this game? How do i get them ? Like making armor and stuff?
6. How can i add more companions? I can only add one at time.
7. I this game a get items very rare, what is wrong? I think a very crappy armor, should I spend all my gold buying from the merchant?
8. Whats the most easiest class for beginners?
9. At every boss i fall down, how am i supposed to beat them ?

Thank you very much, and have nice a day! :)

I wasn't able to understand all questions. Sorry.

2. Get a better attack bonus, higher strength, weapon specialization/focus
3. Dire spiders have low will saves. Any spell that isn't a mind-affecting one (immunity) should easily overcome its will saves.
4. Spells need to be prepared in your spellbook before you can cast them. Only after a full rest will they reappear for usage.
5. You can make weapons, armor and alchemy using their respective crafting feats. As long as you have the required items/spells/ability scores, you should be able to make all sorts of basic and advanced items.
6. Game limitation. Can't be overcome unfortunately.
8. Barbarian. You can hack & slash around and you also get some neat mind affecting spell immunities while in beserk mode.
9. That is too general a question to properly answer. Use tactics, all 'bosses' have vulnerabilites. Look up their creature types/names on the internet if you are uncertain, there's no sense in rushing into a battle unprepared. Undead can be turned. Trolls can only be killed by fire. Characters with low Int are easy pickings for Illithid. Attack&retreat, etc.. etc..
