NPC problem

Okay so my problem is this, in Lower Dorn's Deep I have everything done but Malavon's Dome and the Watchtower. The problem is that when I talk to Fengla she doesn't talk to me, or give me the key to the Watchtower. It just says she scowls and throws an apple at me, I can't kill her either, and when I pick her pocket it says that she doesn't have anything. I'm stumped and I really wanted to get he experience from the Watchtower because Malavon keeps kicking my butt. ^^; Help?

Is your party of evil alignment? Or if not, have you, by accident or otherwise, killed any of the Deep Gnomes in Lower Dorn's?
I honestly haven't encountered this sort of problem before. But I think that if you kill any of the neutral Deep Gnomes, chances are they will become hostile towards your party.

1.Patch your game. Allways use latest patches.
2.If it doesn't help and you're really stuck, CLUA console the key. OR
3.Use Dalekeeper to get the key and experience you normlly should.

The watchtower is optional. If you need XP so much just go XP farming, the mushrooms in the cave you enter in chapter 4 respawn each time you reenter and you can kill them easily for lots of XP.
